Our process

Building a new home is exciting and rewarding. Planning through and clearly defining your requirements and scope is the key for every successful home project. Below is a general overview of our building process. Dreamrise Homes team will guide you throughout this journey and help you make the right choice at each step.

Step 1

Getting Started

Review and assess site conditions including a detailed site survey and soil test. At this stage, we will also evaluate developer and council requirements/restrictions and explore the right solutions.
Step 2

Designing Your Dream Home

This is the first step towards realizing your dream home. This is your opportunity to layout your needs and requirements. A detailed initial home design will be developed and presented to you.
Step 3

Exterior and Interior Selections

This is where you add your personal touch to your new home and make it stand out. You will make selection of internal and external fittings, fixtures and colours to reflect your very own style.
Step 4

Final Contract Acceptance

Dreamrise homes will present a detailed plan of your new home and discuss any further changes you may have in mind as this step will be the last opportunity to make major design changes. We will then prepare final set of construction drawings and a fixed price Building Contract will be issued for your acceptance.
Step 5

Pre-Construction Approvals

At this stage Dreamrise Homes will seek all relevant building approvals from council or private certifiers.
Step 6

Construction

Once we receive building approvals, the construction of your new home begins. We will assign you a construction supervisor who will be responsible for your build and will be your main point of contact throughout the build stages.
Step 7

Final Inspection and Handover

You will be invited to inspect your dream home with your construction supervisor. Following the final inspection, you will be presented with the keys to your new home along with all warranty documentation.
